1. There will be no spam. Spam is stupid pointless annoying messages in other words its a post that has nothing to do with anything like "i like eggs and fish!" that isn't allowed here. The only place where spam is allowed is in your signatures and avatars.

2. Please do not double or triple post ex. don't post right under somewhere you posted. After you make a post wait for someone to post under you then you can post again.

3. Please do not start a flame war ex. fighting with another forumer.

4. Respect me and other admins and moderators. If you would like to become an admin or moderator see the sticky about it.

5. Do not swear or say mean things its okay to keep it a 13 level here but don't go too far.

6. Make sure you post on in the right forum. It is ok to make a mistake once and while but don't repeat it.

7. Please stay on topic ex if the thread is about a glitch don't talk about a hacker.

8. Do not use an inappropriate avatar or sig or I may take away your privileges of having one.

9. Please no imposter's like Rsnail and Billybob and unless you can prove it your profile will be deleted.

10. Advertising is only allowed in your signature.

11. Don't talk in CAPS it hurts peoples' eyes.

12. Please make your posts have meaningful don't say yeah I agree give some more information.

13. Don't bump old threads unless necessary.

14. Search before you post even if it stinks and check the stickies and announcements.

15. Report spammers completely ignore them unless the person is new then kindly inform them.

16. Give your threads a good title explaining what it is about.

Threads not to post:
Ninja threads: Screenhog said there are no ninjas yet...
Hackers: No one cares about a hacker on club penguin just report them.
Best Poster or Best Mod Threads: Everyone is treated equal.
Will they bring back threads: Screenhog said every it will come back except the party hats and pins.

Warnings and infractions will be given for each violation.

Negative Things:

Dead Avatar: If you have an avatar that is inappropriate you will no longer be able to use one. Symptoms may include loss of avatar, Dead Avatar rank, and you will no longer be able to put one on your profile. Please consult your Administrators if you think you got this for an unfair reason.

Dead Signature: Same as above just with a signature. ^^^

Warnings: Each time you violate a rule you will get a warning after 2 warnings you are banned for 24 hours.
1st Ban: 24 Hours
2nd Ban: 72 Hours
3rd Ban: 1 Week
4th Ban: Perma-Ban

Bans: Bans happen after your 2nd Warning.

Perma-Banned: This ban never expires and can be given automatically if the violation is serious enough.
